RGE currently have an amazing position available to you, as a NPI project manager. To help manage new projects within the RGE group production sites to ensure projects follow agreed timelines and are implemented to budgets and commercial conditions. To ensure smooth transition into production.

This is a full time fixed term 8 month contract to cover maternity leave, working 5 days a week from 8am- 5pm

The salary for this role is negotiable.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Project Manage new tooling projects within the RGE Group.
Produce and maintain Project Plans.
Organise Project Reviews and liaise with customers on project progress.
Support Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR) for new product launches.
Liaise across departments to follow the New Product Introduction (NPI) process of bringing new products into production.
Support customer new tooling design and development projects alongside sales, tooling and design departments.
As and where needed to help with packaging design.
To improve handover of NPI to production ownership.
BOM for new projects on the SAP system.
To liaise with team to ensure all aspects of NPI is covered for external tool trials.
To ensure SER reports are completed and sent to customers in good time.
To support the 5S scheme(administration).
To keep the tooling breakdown list up to date for cross quotations.
To run the and Organise the tooling TPM for major customers.
Undertake any other duties as necessary to fulfil the needs of the job and its objectives as and when requested by your line manager.
To work from any of the sites as and when needed.
