Listgrove has been tasked by our client to recruit Regional Sales Managers or localised Sales Managers, to work from a home location, in several countries.
As a Leader in the production of innovative Industrial Stretch Films, with many patented products, the business has exceptional sales across multiple countries throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.

Job Purpose:

The role’s responsibility includes the effective management of the commercial activity within the region, to drive sales volumes & revenue and achieve its profitability targets within each country.

Candidate Profile:

We are open to consider candidates who have direct sales experience, into Key Accounts [end-customers], regardless of what packaging products or materials are sold. This includes cartons, tapes, labels, shrink sleeve, shrink film and/or other similar products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Implements all actions regarding sales generation, evaluation, and continuous review & refinement of sales area.
· Responsible for the successful management and business development of distributors & key accounts on the geographies & industries that he /she operates.
· Organizes and implements marketing actions, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Branding & Communications Department
· Prepares the required sales documentation on sales performance to present to senior management team.

Salary packages and bonuses will reflect the experience of the individual.
