Listgrove’s partnership client has assisted numerous manufacturing businesses to establish successful production lines and has become a top supplier of tailor-made lines and components for the production of high-quality blown film, cast film, sheet film, and nonwovens across the entire spectrum of plastics extrusion technology sector.
With specialized business units they are able to offer design, process engineering, automation, project planning, manufacturing, project management, and logistics support.

As a Technical Sales Manager your goal is to present the companies superior solutions in the field of extrusion lines. With your market knowledge, you can identify the current and future goals of customers, while identifying new sales opportunities and acquiring new customers in the plastics industry.
You will also gain knowledge about future market needs regarding the transformation of the plastics industry towards a circular economy and develop strategies for new distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Represent the company’s entire product portfolio focusing on sales of blown film, flat film extrusion lines and after sales products as modifications, upgrades and service agreements
· Acquisition of new business while retaining the existing relationships of sales within Turkey
· Understand customer’s needs, translate them into technical requirements and discuss them with the supplying business units, compose technical proposals and accompany the negotiations to a successful outcome
· Close collaboration with the technical and sales teams in our German Business Units
· Provide professional and disciplinary guidance to the sales and service team on site and manage the sales team to achieve the set goals.
· Systematically develop the sales region via contributing to the definition and execution of the company’s sales and service strategy to maintain a sustainable order income
· Represent the company at exhibitions and technical conferences and conduct presentations

Requirements:

· Degree in a technical discipline preferred (engineering, machinery, plastics, or in other technology-driven sectors) or comprehensive and versatile “on-the-job” experience
· Proven experience in selling machinery lines (particular interest in those with extrusion experience, but other packaging machinery experience will be considered)
· High level of self-motivation and organization, as well as a structured working method
· Strong communication and ability to convince and negotiate with customers using strong technical knowledge
· Hands-on approach combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to build a sustainable and long-term business with us
· Fluent in English and Turkish
· Willingness to travel frequently in Turkey
