Process Technician – Injection Mould
Shift Based position – specific working pattern to be confirmed

Location:

Option 1:
preferred option is for the candidate to be located in Norway permanently. Relocation support considered.

Option 2:
hybrid working, 20 days in Norway followed by 10 days off/at home

Salary: 5,000 – 5,500 euros per month (gross), dependent on experience

Listgrove has been tasked with recruiting a talented individual who will be employed to work within the Technical Team, in the smooth running of the department in achieving monthly targets, with a focus on quality, departmental performance and process efficiency and machine utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring that all machines, moulds and ancillaries are in good working order and that all tools and equipment is available for mould changes.
· Prepare and load injection moulding tools safely
· Process optimization and tool / machine validation
· Ensuring quality products running on machines at all times.
· Carrying out any product sampling or tool trials as requested.
· Operation and control of site robots and automation equipment.
· Meeting any trouble-shooting requirements that may arise during shift and ensure machine downtime is kept to a minimum.
· To ensure that the manufacturing process are restarted after shut down.
· Contributing to the team effort and supporting other members of the department where appropriate.
· Setting and maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the department and ensuring that all safety procedures in place are adhered to. 5S systems in place
· Undertaking any training that may be required to aid personal and production improvement.
· Suggesting and implementing any changes that lead to increased efficiency.
