With knowledge of various techniques, such as high pressure injection  moulding, structural foam moulding, sequential injection moulding and Project+ technique, the team of engineers are highly capable in design, product and process development. A key to their success is providing an
efficient solution and working closely in partnership with their customers.

As a result of their continuing success and business growth, Listgrove are seeking an experienced Head ofManufacturing for the Ede site, to lead operations across injection molding, assembly and logistics functions. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for safety, quality, operational performance and customer delivery.
You will drive production efficiency, continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives,      working closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Planning  teams to improve OEE,
reduce scrap and downtime, and ensure consistent on-time delivery.
A key part of the role is developing and coaching teams, embedding strong safety behaviours,   and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

 

Site Specifics:

· The operation in Ede, operates a 3 shift system (rotating).
· It utilises 7 Krauss Maffei machines ranging from 300-2300T.
· Other equipment includes Moretto dosing systems and machine integrated lineair robotics.
· Typical tool changes per week number 10-15.
· Planning is achieved through the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

· Leading molding, assembly and logistics operations
· Driving performance against KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, scrap, downtime)
· Optimising production planning, scheduling and inventory
· Championing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
· Ensuring compliance with safety, quality systems and operating procedures
· Developing, training and performance-managing teams
· Supporting medium- and long-term expansion and capacity planning

 

About you:

· 5+ years’ hands-on experience in injection molding (essential)
· Proven manufacturing leadership and people management experience
· Strong background in operational excellence and process improvement
· Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
·Strong administrative skills: ERP experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics)
· Fluent English and Dutch language skills are required
