Client Overview

Our client is a European manufacturer and supplier of FMCG products.

Role Overview:

· General sales activities: developing, advising and administrative processing of sales orders.
· Supporting the Sales Manager, by contributing to the achievement of overall sales objectives, by processing orders and managing the order book.
· Managing service after the sales process, such as follow-up issues and associated sales activities, by handling complaints and monitoring the results.
· Handling sample requests, providing technical and other certification information to customers.
· In collaboration with the Sales Manager, draft and issue quotations, draft sales budgets and Forecasts and track sales versus budget targets.
· Providing customers with information on purchasing conditions, export documents (such as EUR-1) as required.
· Follow-up of action points from annual contracts and account visits i.e. prices, volume and logistics agreements, special projects and other general matters.
· Checking order specifications and prices, as well as monitoring delivery times. Providing customers with delivery date confirmation by coordinating with the purchasing department.
· Financial accounting by drafting and processing invoices and checking credit limits when entering sales orders, calculating and checking customer bonuses and managing terms and prices through price lists.
· Marketing by managing data for assigned accounts, reporting on developments if necessary and undertaking desk research.

 

Candidate Profile:

· Intermediate vocational level Experience.
· Work experience in a sales or customer service department.
· Working with digital systems, software and equipment Knowledge.
· Good with numbers, good oral and written communication skills.
· Fluent Italian and good command of English spoken and written.
· Result-oriented, customer-oriented and enterprising; convincing and persistent; stress resistant; flexible and independent; hands on mentality and team player.
