Salary & Benefits Package:

· The annual salary in USD is 75’000 – 78’000, Tax free income
· Max of 2 months annual bonus subject to individual and company performance.
· 22 working days per annum.
· Medical Insurance for Self and dependents, wife and 2 kids up to 18 years.
· School Allowance for 2 kids up to 18 years, USD 6,475 per kid per annum
· Annual return airfare for self and dependents for the vacation

 

Relocation Assistance:

· Will support with flight, hotel accommodation for the first 2 weeks, and help to find suitable apartment

Sponsorship / Visa for self and family dependents provided.

We are actively hiring for the role of Technical Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth in the market and within the existing client base, in the GCC Region. Candidates must have a proven experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing, ideally in the packaging or plastics industry.
This worldclass operation focuses on creating high-quality and innovative packaging solutions for dairy, water, poultry, and the food service industries. They pride themselves on delivering the finest quality and most consistent PET sheet, that enables thermoforming, brands, and retail partners to realize unsurpassed reliability, higher and more consistent yield, and packaging products with an unbeatable clear finish.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

· The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to drive market penetration and conversion to PET, focusing on customer-centric sales strategies and streamlining value chains.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Lead Business Development Efforts: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
· Product Launch Leadership: Oversee new product introductions, ensuring they align with market demand and strategic goals.
· Market Penetration: Develop targeted strategies for company products, aiming to establish key partnerships and accelerate growth.
· Drive Market Conversion to PET: Advocate for the benefits of PET to customers, focusing on market conversion strategies to enhance market share.
· Customer-Centric Sales Strategy Implementation: Champion company’s customer-focused sales approach, aligning sales activities with broader business objectives.
· Value Chain Efficiency: Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
· Sales Target Achievement: Set and implement actionable plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Speed to Market Improvement: Drive strategies to expedite market introduction of new products.
· Market Conversion Strategies: Work with marketing and sales teams to promote PET products, increasing brand visibility and acceptance.
· Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
· Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to provide insights on trends and customer preferences, reporting to senior management.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations to support seamless product development and delivery.

 

Candidate Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in the packaging or plastics industry.
· Leadership: Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
· Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills, with a results-driven approach.
· Performance: Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
