Opportunity Overview:

· Are you interested in environmental friendliness and recyclability? Do you want to use your creative skills to find solutions? Do you see sales work as a lifestyle? If so, you might be the person we are looking for.
· As a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and general business development. Actively acquiring customers across Europe with a focus on Northern Germany and Denmark.
· The ideal candidate will be someone who considers themselves to be proactive, efficient and takes the initiative. You may also consider yourself to be entrepreneurial, results-orientated and enjoy a challenge. Proven sales experience is paramount.

 

The Role:

· Developing your own sales pipeline, establishing your own portfolio of clients – this will be expanded and maintained overtime.
· Build and maintain professional relationships, delivering high levels of customer service.
· Attract, record and manage new leads (internally and externally sourced)
· Prepare sales and forecast reports.
· Monitor market trends and provide valuable insights to improve products and sales strategies.
· Participate in trade shows and events to enhance the company’s market presence and to increase your personal exposure to the marketplace.
· Working within the Danish and Northern German market

 

The Requirements:

Whilst industry relevance would be advantageous, the ideal candidate will be someone who considers themselves to be hands-on, resilient, independent, tech savvy, practical and has a real hunger for sales and business development / winning business.

· Has prior experience within sales and has had exposure working in the field.
· You consider yourself to be customer oriented and have good customer service skills.
· You’re independent and able to work autonomously whilst also working with your team.
· You enjoy a challenge and can overcome everyday obstacles, you’re proactive in this nature.
· Must possess German language skills at fluent or native level, along with professional English language skills.
