Key Account Manager Germany – Packaging and Logistics Solutions

Home-based in Southern Germany

Client Overview:

Our client is a dynamic & international company, offering logistics and reusable packaging solutions. They specialize in delivering the best transport and warehousing product, whilst providing high quality, comprehensive logistic services, using pallets, roll containers and metal boxes.

Role Overview:

Following a thorough, practical and product-oriented training, you will be responsible for the company’s commercial success in Southern Germany:

· Acquisition of new business, whilst developing and maintaining relationships, with existing customers, at all levels and within different departments.
· Expansion of the overall service package, sales and rental of pallets and logistical resources.
· Provide clear and visible reporting to colleagues.
· Support customer visits as appropriate.
· Develop and deliver customer products and sales presentations.

Experience:

· Experience of working for a packaging/logistics company.
· Technical degree.
· At least 3 years’ experience of relevant sales in a B2B environment.
· Solution based sales approach.
· Excellent organizational, numerical and communication skills, both verbal and written

Candidate Profile:

· Fluent in English and German. An additional language is an advantage.
· Willingness to travel across the designated region.
· Good IT skills. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
