The Role:

· A world-renowned manufacturing company is seeking an experienced ADP Implementation Specialist to support the successful implementation and rollout of ADP payroll solutions across multiple European countries.
· This is a key project-focused role, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external implementation partners to ensure payroll data is accurately prepared, governed and migrated, enabling successful country implementations delivered on time.
· The successful candidate will bring strong ADP implementation expertise together with a detailed understanding of European payroll legislation, payroll data governance and country-specific requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the implementation of ADP payroll solutions across multiple European countries.
· Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across HR, Payroll and Finance.
· Coordinate payroll data collection, validation and readiness activities ahead of each implementation phase.
· Work with local HR, Payroll, IT and subject matter experts to identify, gather and validate the payroll information required for successful migration.
· Understand the critical payroll data required for each implementation phase, ensuring data gaps are identified and resolved before impacting project timelines.
· Coordinate payroll data migration, validation and testing activities.
· Manage payroll parallel runs and support successful go-live activities.
· Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll legislation, tax and statutory requirements.
· Provide guidance to HR stakeholders on payroll data governance and GDPR requirements, helping resolve concerns around employee data sharing and ensuring compliant data transfer.
· Work closely with internal project teams and external ADP consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.
· Identify opportunities to standardise payroll processes while accommodating local legislative requirements.
· Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide practical solutions.
· Produce process documentation and implementation documentation where required.
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness and post-go-live activities.
· Support post-implementation optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

Candidate Profile:

· Proven experience implementing ADP Payroll solutions.
· Strong knowledge of European payroll processes across multiple countries.
· Experience delivering payroll implementation or transformation projects.
· Good understanding of payroll legislation, taxation and statutory compliance within Europe.
· Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs and system validation.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across international teams.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong project planning and organisational skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

 

Essential Experience:

· Previous ADP Payroll implementation experience.
· Hands-on experience with multi-country European payrolls.
· Experience working with HRIS, Payroll and Finance stakeholders.
· Knowledge of payroll integrations and data migration.
· Experience supporting end-to-end payroll implementation projects.
