Responsibilities:

• As Analysis Manager you will play a key role in developing and executing analytical strategies to drive continuous product quality improvement in bio-based sustainable chemistry.
• Leading the optimization of analytical methods, you’ll ensure accurate results and provide valuable insights to support R&D and production.
• Your expertise in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative techniques will be crucial for enhancing product performance and operational efficiency.
• Through technical support and proactive problem-solving, you’ll position yourself as a trusted expert, ensuring consistent product quality and ongoing improvement.

• The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience managing analytical operations, preferably in the bio-based or sustainable chemistry sectors.
• A solid technical background in chemistry or chemical engineering is essential, with a PhD being a plus.
• Hands-on, thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. With a multi-cultural mindset, they excel in leading teams and driving continuous improvements in analytical processes.
• Fluency in English is required.
