Salary: circa 75,000 euros

 

Listgrove is partnering a manufacturing business with a focus extensively on color, special effects and advanced functional additive and masterbatch products.

 

Tasks:

· Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth, profitability and market penetration within assigned key accounts.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including headquarters, production sites and R&D centers.
· Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts while actively prospecting new strategic customers.
· Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of customer-specific business plans and sales strategies.
· Monitoring account performance against sales, revenue and profitability targets and driving corrective actions when necessary.
· Managing customer issues and escalations in collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
· Monitoring market, industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities and support long-term business development.

 

Profile:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Chemistry, or a related field.
· Fluency in English.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or B2B Sales within an international environment.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a strong customer focus.
· Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
· Autonomous, results-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment, with willingness to travel.
