After a dedicated training period, the successful candidate will become a member of the Benelux field service team, actually consisting of 5 service technicians and one Auditor. Responsible for the installation, start-up, and service of injection molding systems at customers’ plants. Operating from a home office located in Belgium, ideally close to the Belgium/NL border, you will be mainly travelling to customers in the Benelux. For the coordination and general administration, you will be guided from the European headquarters in Luxembourg. This position offers great challenges, and is a unique opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, that is a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for startups, troubleshooting, and upgrading injection molding machines, molds and auxiliary products.
· The position will require frequent travel within the Benelux, and occasionally to surrounding areas.
· You should be a motivated self-starter, who understands the importance of customer satisfaction, and can be an ambassador for our strong core values.

Qualifications:

· Graduate or professional bachelor or equivalent, Electro-Mechanic
· Experience in control systems, hydraulics, electrical or mechanical field service will be an asset.
· Trouble shooting attitude, with high focus on customer satisfaction, and correct working practices.
· Basic knowledge of PLC controls and industrial automated systems
· Some experience in field service and injection molding would be considered an asset.
· Several years of on job experience of electrical or electrical/mechanical  maintenance/troubleshooting
· Home based, centrally living in Benelux region to be close to our key customers.
· Position demands frequent travel within your respective region
· Good English skills
· Working knowledge of Dutch, French being an asset
