Employment Conditions:

· Competitive salary, approximately €5,000 gross per month (dependent on experience)
· 30 days of annual leave (25 vacation days plus 4 to 6 additional rostered days off).
· Travel expense reimbursement.

Listgrove has been tasked by our partner client, HSV TMP to identify an ideal candidate for the position of Mould Engineer. HSV TMP, continuously work on innovative solutions for plastic products, mould technology and production automation. The R&D department plays a key role and combines engineering expertise, production knowledge and automation, to create an environment where technology, innovation and collaboration go hand in hand.

Work on Innovative Moulds, Automation and Product Development
Are you a hands-on technical professional who has progressed from the shop floor into engineering? Would you like to work in a challenging environment where mould technology, automation and product development come together? Then this Mould Engineer position at HSV TMP could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

The Challenge:

As a Mould Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team and work on a wide range of technical challenges related to moulds, automation and quality assurance. You will be involved in design, feasibility, analysis and support of the production environment.

 

Responsibilities include:

· Designing and developing CAD drawings for mould constructions and automation solutions.
· Conceptual machine design and the development of technical solutions for production processes.
· Supporting the Tooling Management department with technical issues and mould-related challenges.
· Performing tolerance calculations and tolerance analyses.
· Developing measurement templates and measurement methodologies.
· Preparing, analyzing and interpreting measurement reports.
· Designing gauges and other measuring instruments.
· Communicating with mould makers and other suppliers regarding projects and coordinating outsourced activities when required.
· Contributing to improvements in existing production and development processes within HSV TMP.

 

In addition, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in:

· Injection moulding technology.
· Moldflow analysis.
· Automation solutions for production processes.

 

Key Skill Requirements:

· A technical education at MBO+ or Bachelor’s degree level, for example Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
· Experience with CAD software.
· Work experience in an environment where moulds are designed, maintained or used.
· Knowledge of dimensional tolerancing, measurement techniques and quality control.
· A practical mindset combined with strong analytical skills.
· A hands-on professional who has made, or wants to make, the transition from operations to engineering.
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
