Client Overview:

Listgrove have been retained by a global packaging partner with a local presence in the European Union, they’re a supplier of both plastic and glass containers which serve the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage and personal care sectors, whilst specializing in packaging products for supplements and nutrition. With 14 offices and warehouses distributed across Europe, they’re positioned well to serve their customers’ needs.

Role Overview:

· Pro-actively developing new business within the Swedish Region through sourcing and developing new customers as well adding value to existing and managed accounts.
· Coverage of existing business and continuous business development in regards of turnover, profitability and innovation.
· Monitoring of market developments and competition activity, industry trends and identification of growth opportunities, feedback to central teams and cooperate closely with the customer support, marketing, product development and technical teams in different European plants.
· Makes and implements annual sales plans for strategic account and lead management
· Increases customer satisfaction and retention by frequent customer visits and relevant customer contact.
· Promotes both externally and internally the company’s corporate values (Why, How and What).
· Participate in trade fairs, conferences, networking events and monthly sales meetings in Sweden

Candidate Profile:

· 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales with strong focus on value selling and key account or business management, preferably in high-volume, cyclical commodity market.
· Well matched candidates will have experience within plastic and/or packaging, but all candidates will be considered.
· Strong interpersonal skills, relationship builder and networker.
· Excellent team player and communicator, able to work independently with frequent business travel.
· Has an entrepreneurial mindset, switched on and able to spot sales potential.
· Fluent language skills: Swedish and English, additional language skills are advantageous.
